What is the name, class and level of your main character on Pyrewood Village? Valrias, Level 2, Druid (I know it's low level but will be levelled soon, just came back to TBC Classic )
2. What hours do you typically play? (Please include time zone as well)
6:00pm – 10:00pm weekdays typically – GMT. Weekends depending on business, often on and off between 4:00pm - 10:00pm (maybe 12:00pm if I wanted to do a late night!)
3. What is your experience with World of Warcraft? (How long have you played, were you a raider, role-player, etc.)
I started WoW in TBC and am also playing Shadowlands. I have very fond memories of these early days of WoW, and some of the best memories were with guilds/friends in the game. I was never a serious raider (though I don’t mind joining in). But honestly I just loved making memories with people and laughing a lot! I’ve just recently tried TBC Classic, and all the memories came rushing back…good times indeed.
4. What is your favorite thing about World of Warcraft Classic? (The community? The Immersion? The progression? Are you a fast leveller or do you like taking your time? Do you like doing dungeons and raids? Chatting with others? Or are you more the solo and quiet type? Tell us a bit about yourself
Coming from retail WoW, I quite enjoy how simple Classic is in a sense. And how slow it is. Everything feels more deliberate. There’s not tonnes of people running around farming. You can really feel the atmosphere, the music. I just really loved this kind of WoW. Felt more social and interactions were memorable. Dungeons also were great. In retail you can finish one in 10 minutes, but I remember Wailing Caverns being an epic couple of hours dungeon! And you really connected with the party. So I like taking my time, and I enjoy playing with other people/and having that guild chat while you’re out levelling.
5. Which goals do you have in TBC and what do you look forward to the most in the expansion? (Provided you intend to play TBC)
At the moment it’s just levelling. But I look forward to playing all the dungeons again, and seeing all the areas again. Doing quests and alike. Sure it would be cool to try some end game content but I’m just here for the adventure most of all.
6. Why would you want to join Nighthaven? (Please note, we ask for your reasons for wanting to join -this- guild, not just any guild)
This just feels like the guild for me. I have tried guilds and they are nice but…it’s just not quite ‘it’. The fact that you do applications says a lot towards the quality of the guild. I had great memories of TBC when it came out, and just feel like it’s a magical game. It feels like this guild understands that, and it would be great to share the memories as you’re playing. It would be nice to have social, like-minded people to also talk with. In retail especially it’s hard to find this. I’m just the kind of person that likes to connect with a guild and get to know people really well, and it feels like this guild is it.
7. Which qualities do you have to offer, and - what do you expect of your guild?
Well, I guess some of us always feels like we’re showing off when we say our qualities! But I’d say especially in WoW that I’m quite patient, and love to help people. I’m social and love to join in. Quite calm and kind. I’ve helped make guilds in the past so I feel like I understand them, and that this harmony needs to be kept in a guild to keep it going. A balance.
8. Where did you hear of us?
I searched online for social guilds in TBC Classic.
9. Do you know any current or former member of Nighthaven? (If so please include the name of the person)
No, unfortunately!
10. Anything else you would like to add to help us know, if we´d be a good match for each other?
This guilds really sounds lovely. I just wondered, in terms of playing time, you mentioned weekends can vary. Does that mean people hardly play weekends, or that there may be some people on sometimes? Otherwise thanks! Look forward to hearing from you: 😊
