What is your character name, what class do you play, and what level are you?
Name's Jeggi. Level 1 Dwarf Rogue (extra fresh!), but i also have a level 56 Gnome Warrior on one of the RU PvP servers.
What hours do you typically play? (Please include time zone as well)
18:00 - 02:00, GMT +5. Usually i'm playing for 3-4 hours per day within that time period for my work schedule chenges every week.
What is your experience with World of Warcraft? (How long have you played, were you a raider, role-player, etc.)
I've been introduced to the Warcraft back in 2003 (i was 8 years old and WC 3 was my first game that i bought for my PC). I've been playing it like there's no tomorrow for 2 or 3 years because i was so amazed by the great story and fantastic characters. When i was 13 or 14 i've found an article about top MMOs and was so shocked when i realized that my favorite fantasy universe has an MMO! I've instantly grabbed the game, bought my first 30 days and dived right into it. I've been playing until Cataclysm and then i realized that i don't enjoy the game as i used to because of the major world and game system changes (less social stuff, game became way too easy and so on), so i cancelled my sub and forgot about the WoW for some time, but in 2014 one gof my friends contacted me and said "Hey man, there's a small private Vanilla server, do you wanna team up and have a journey?". I've always been seen videos and topics about how great Vanilla was, so i decided to try it out. Since that moment i fell in love with this version of WoW and was was playing it actively on several projects (Valkyrie-Wow, Elysium, Light's Hope). Then Classic happenned, though i haven't managed to start a journey right at the beginning of it because of the mandatory military service in my country. Mine started in July 2019 and i've returned home in July 2020 and i'm playing Classic since that moment. During all of my Vanilla experience i've mostly been playing in casual raiding guilds and also had a few RP-oriented projects, but unfortunately all of them (guilds from my country and foreign guilds alike) broke apart. Right now i'm playing on RU-Flamegor as a member of PvP-oriented guild "Dark Brotherhood", but this guild is slowly transforming into a raiding and BG-farming machine with decreasing the social aspect in it. And that's the exact reason why i'm here!
What is your favorite thing about World of Warcraft Classic? (The community? The Immersion? The progression? Are you a fast leveller or do you like taking your time? Do you like doing dungeons and raids? Chatting with others? Or are you more the solo and quiet type? Tell us a bit about yourself
Community? Absolutely! I think that this is the most important thing in WoW for me. During all my Vanilla way i've met dozens of great people from all around the glove and had tons of fun while interacting them in any way (like drunken bare-handed PvP tournament in dwarf-only guild!). Immersion? Indeed! With every day spent in that game i can't stop thinking about how much effort and love devs have put into WoW and how great is the feeling of being a part of this world. Thoughts on leveling. I've reached 60 on many characters and with all this experience behind my back i can say that i don't want to rush at all. To be honest, i have a silly idea about leveling my character as slow as i can, exploring every area while RP-walking throughout all of my journey (except the situations when mobs are about to grab me by my tender parts). It may sound really boring, but recently i've realized that there's so many small but great things around you and most of the time you don't even notice them by just jogging by (a week ago i've spent an hour striding through the Ironforge and walking into everu house and shope. Did you know that there's a map of Azeroth on the ceiling of the Ironforge Hall of Explorers? Amazing!). Raids and dungeons? Heck yeah! There's nothing better than fighting through the most dangerous places in Azeroth and landing a finishing blow on the last boss' head with a group of your lads and lassies. I've read that you're not into raiding and that's a little bit sad for me - i've always been a fan of doing raids, but i want you to know that i've always been a devote supporter of super casual raiding (only your guild members in raid, friendly atmosphere, no things are mandatory (like consumables or most effective specs), not staying for too long and so on). Anyway, i'm pretty sure that i'll have tons of fun during running simple dungeons with you (if i get accepted), because WHO you're doing stuff with is way more important for me than WHAT you're doing with. Right now i realized that my application is a damn wall of text, so the answer for the last question is pretty obvious - i sure do love chatting
Why would you want to join Nighthaven? (Please note, we ask for your reasons for wanting to join -this- guild, not just any guild)
To be honest, i've never seen such guilds during my Vanilla carrer. Most of the guilds i've been playing with were really open and friendly, but with time everything is just going down to collecting purple items and grinding ranks. I'm very happy to realize that there is a big community that values the social aspect and the fantastic game atmosphere above everything in the game and (as i see it) you're doing it successfully for quite a long time!
Which qualities do you have to offer, and - what do you expect of your guild?
I'm always open to helping others with anything (be it a quest or a real life thing), can maintain a good chat (despite all of my struggles with English - you've probably already realized that i'm not that good at it while reading all of this lol) and i'm quite good at pressing buttons (no promises are made)! And yes, i can cook Brilliand Smallfish so good that you'll never forget it's fantastic taste (NO PROMISES ARE MADE, EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!)!
