1. What is the name, class and level of your main character on Pyrewood Village, the one with which you wish to join Nighthaven? (This info is needed so we can process your application - and if you have a preferred nickname you may add it in parenthesis: e.g. Moonböw (Moon) or Stargazer (Eric)
Astarya / Priest / 80 Nickname (Arunoxy / Noxy)
2. What hours do you typically play? (Please include time zone as well)
Between 19:00 - 24:00 (GMT +1) on weekdays. On weekends, I do have more free time.
3. What is your experience with World of Warcraft? (How long have you played, were you a raider, role-player, etc.)
First time I have ever played was back in Cataclysm in 2012, along with my brother, we created a Blood Elf Hunter and played it non-stop. I played on and off until Legion and stopped after that.
I decided to play the classic version at the end of TBC but didnt have much time and just took a break. Overall, I have always played casually and was much more interested in exploring different classes and playstyles.
4. What is your favorite thing about World of Warcraft Classic WotLK? (The community? The Immersion? The progression? Are you a fast leveller or do you like taking your time? Do you like doing dungeons and raids? Chatting with others? Or are you more the solo and quiet type? Tell us a bit about yourself
I would have to say the progression system since its so new to me, I love the feeling of acquiring a new piece of gear that i was aiming for and knowing im just that bit more powerful (but who doesn't). I also really enjoy making my characters aesthetically pleasing to look at both in-game and in the roster.
I like to level up fast since I have made so many characters all these years, but I do enjoy taking my time if I am leveling with someone else or if they need help with something I can assist them with.
Since I am a quiet and a more reseved type of person, and never really managed to keep a solid friendship in this game, I usually dont do much raiding or content that has too many people participating, Although i do enjoy doing them when I get the chance, especially when people are fair and respectable towards one another. By the time I get to max level, I get discouraged since I have to find a guild to raid and just quit. I rarely find good guilds that dont gatekeep progress because Im not min maxing.
Nevertheless, I am making a conscious effort to "get out of my shell" and socialize.
5. What are your goals in Classic WotLK, and what do you look forward to the most?
First and foremost, I want to gear up my main (Disc Priest), learn how to improve my playstyle and be a valueable asset to the group.
I also intend to get most classes up to max level just so I have the choice of what I can play that day. I sometimes dont feel like healing and instead want to be pure dps, or maybe just relax and play another class that is out of my comfort zone.
6. Why would you want to join Nighthaven? (Please note we ask for your reasons for wanting to join -this- guild, not just any guild)
I was looking for a guild opposite of hardcore, a guild that would prioritize helping out people and doing group content in a chill manner. Also, I do struggle interacting with people and making conversation, so a welcoming and easy-going community is right up my alley. Even though I am an introvert, I do like helping people whenever I can and its awesome when there are people that share the same values.
7. What qualities do you have to offer, and what do you expect of your guild?
Im a relaxed and open-minded person, so I dont judge and I tend to be respectful of peoples opinions, therefore I expect to be treated the same way. Besides that, Im focusing on being a better healer and keep pushing my limits.
8. Where did you hear of us?
Wow Forums
9. Do you know any current or former member of Nighthaven? (If so please include the name of the person)
I do not.
10. Is there anything else you would like to add to help us know if we´d be a good match for each other?
There isnt much more i can add. I just hope I made a compelling case for myself and that my values going in accordance to yours.
