1. What is the name, class and level of your main character on Pyrewood Village, the one with which you wish to join Nighthaven? (This info is needed so we can process your application - and if you have a preferred nickname you may add it in parenthesis: e.g. Moonböw (Moon) or Stargazer (Eric)
Viuvian, warlock. I just started on the server, so by the time you see this hopefully level 6 or so.
2. What hours do you typically play? (Please include time zone as well)
I tend to play evenings, GMT + 0.
3. What is your experience with World of Warcraft? (How long have you played, were you a raider, role-player, etc.)
I've played WoW on and off since it came out. Dropped it when I got more and more bored with retail, then picked it back up again for Classic, where I played in Hidraxian. Came back recently, and wanted to start fresh.
I was never hugely sweaty so I never got into big raids or big PVP, though I enjoyed roleplaying back in the day. I suppose what I'm looking for now is a nice casual pace with people that don't mind teaching an ok learner through the higher end aspects of the game. I prefer a conversation with fellow guildies over reading a wiki page anytime.
5. What are your goals in Classic TBC, and what do you look forward to the most?
PvE mostly. I get too anxious for PvP. I know Classic can't recapture the magic of the original release since it's been decades, really, but in my experience so far people are content to pretend like it is, and that's good enough for me. That is, when Blizzard isn't actively sabotaging that attempt.
6. Why would you want to join Nighthaven? (Please note we ask for your reasons for wanting to join -this- guild, not just any guild)
I haven't done a lot of shopping around, I'll be honest, but what I've read from the realm forums aligns pretty much with what I'm after. Also the fact that you're using old school forums (as all guilds did back then, before Discord was even an idea) is a nice time-capsule touch that I appreciate.
7. What qualities do you have to offer, and what do you expect of your guild?
I'm super easy going and I like to help out. I think that's a nice foundation to build on. I don't have any expectations for the guild other than it being a cool den to maybe make some friends in.
