Hello everyone,
I am Nask (Human Warlock) on Pyrewood. Hope to join you guys and have some fun together! Time for the "Official" part of this application;)
1. What is the name, class and level of your main character on Pyrewood Village? (This info is needed so we can process your application - and to know what we can call you . )
Nask, Warlock lvl58. (I did play my hunter when classic came out, he is sitting at 27 somewhere in the world, crying, lol)
2. What hours do you typically play? (Please include time zone as well)
Its pretty random, some during the day time (10.00-15.00) and then mostly after kids go to bed around 22.00 - 00.00. I am in Eastern European Time Zone (Lithuania)
3. What is your experience with World of Warcraft? (How long have you played, were you a raider, role-player, etc.)
I have played WoW for way too long (ask my wife...) since Vanilla. However, I completely skipped TBC and was back in Wrath. On Retail I have all classes maxed pretty much, Raided Normal-Heroic mostly, dabbled in some early Mythic. My main there now (SL) is Druid healer, but I enjoy multiple classes and specs. I was part of the DragonFang "Fresh Classic" server experience, got my Rogue to 41 until I had a long Business trip, which caused me to completely skip Pre-patch. Well, here I am back, looking for a new place as they all moved on to different guilds now...
4. What is your favorite thing about World of Warcraft Classic? (The community? The Immersion? The progression? Are you a fast leveller or do you like taking your time? Do you like doing dungeons and raids? Chatting with others? Or are you more the solo and quiet type? Tell us a bit about yourself
Honestly, I like the slower pace, compared to Retail. Also, for TBC - I skipped the expansion originally, so look forward to it now. In terms of play style, I have two daughters, so my timing is iffy sometimes. That and work makes me more of a solo leveller. However, I enjoy group content the most in this game, doing dungeons and/or raids is always my most favourite thing in Wow. Having a great group of people, who like to joke around and have fun makes it even better:) I adapt and pre-schedule so its doable with a family:)
5. Which goals do you have in TBC and what do you look forward to the most in the expansion? (Provided you intend to play TBC)
For me, its not about the goals so much. I like the journey, like to meet new people and enjoy TBC for the first time properly. If we can get to end game - thats icing on the cake. I like to play with a close group of people, who help each other. That is what makes MMO's great in my mind.
6. Why would you want to join Nighthaven? (Please note, we ask for your reasons for wanting to join -this- guild, not just any guild)
I won't lie, I did not hear much about you guys before I started looking, but I saw a post on the Forums, looked at the website and this application forum, and it brought a lot of nostalgia of the old times:) These things were used a lot before, and I still remember it well:) So based on these small things, It looks like we could be a "match" so to speak:) I am also old fashioned
7. Which qualities do you have to offer, and - what do you expect of your guild?
I am a team player first. I guess playing and maining Healers does that to a person:) I like to have fun and socialise as well, which is a nice bonus:)
8. Where did you hear of us?
Forum post on WoW forums
9. Do you know any current or former member of Nighthaven? (If so please include the name of the person)
I do not, I am afraid. I did ask Judgey in game first who then referred me to Hasuko. Thanx guys!
10. Anything else you would like to add to help us know, if we´d be a good match for each other?
Hope to join up guys. I haven't done many of these applications for a long time. Have been in a stable guild in retail since Mists of Pandaria. Same core group, having fun together. But now since retail stuff is slower, I want to try something new in TBC, hopefully with a nice bunch of people:) I guess that makes me a loyal guy:)
